When Kerri blogged about feeling the burn from her pump being against her skin I didn’t pay much heed because my pump is never against my skin.
When I had my Disetronic D-Tron pump I would wear it in my sock the way Kerri does but there was no transmissions going on between it and glucose monitor so I never got anything but an indent where the pump was if my sock was too tight.
But when I was examining the last place where I had my sensor I noticed that I had red markings and that they weren’t the normal road rash that I get from the tapes. I had been branded, by the CGM sensor transmitter. It had burned an imprint into me…like a cow, I’d been branded.
