Excuses were flying everywhere about why she hasn&#8217;t changed, why she didn&#8217;t stop gaining weight, why she wasn&#8217;t making those lifestyle changes that would nip Type 2 diabetes in the bud: I hate exercise, I hate being outdoors, blah blah blah&#8230;and since when are ramen noodles healthy eating? This week I thought she deserved it if she got it because it was sounding like Type 2. [...]</description>
