Chewing Problem - Diabetes 365 Day 120 - February 02, 2008
For as long as I can remember I’ve been a gum chewer. It’s a joke that I chew as much gum in a day as a chain smoker smokes cigarettes. Constantly having gum in my mouth helps me control the amount of food that goes down the hatch. If I have gum in my mouth I’m less likely to go eat “just because”.
Gum also helps me to not binge on candy, so I always try to keep gum around, it’s a good substitute for me.
