New Nutrition Bar - Diabetes 365 Day 119 - February 01, 2008
After last summer and eating far too many Clif Bars, I vowed to never eat them again. I decided that they were far to heavy in my belly. I was surfing around some cycling team sites and I clicked on a link to these CheetahBars.
They were tasty and they didn’t feel heavy in my belly and they have the same amount of carbs as a Clif Bar. I think they’re a fair replacement for the Clif Bars.
I’ll be testing these bars to see how my blood sugars do while cycling after eating one of them. If my sugars stay stable they’ll be Courtney Approved.
